In a world of superpowered Saints, working towards the Earth's greatest threat and destroyer, Matthew Sullivan and his Saints awaken a power beyond that of Zinyak. In an attempt to free an old friend from the Zin mothership, Aeron is set loose. From a world of his own, far beyond the comprehension of the human mind, Aeron is a God, and his very name comes from a word meaning "battle and slaughter". Ready for revenge on whoever stands in his way, Aeron releases his mistress Eris, the Goddess of Destruction. Ignorant to the Zin invasion, Aeron and Eris begin their trail of destruction on the Zin. The only lead Aeron and his mistress have on the Saints are the connections they make in the many simulations Zinyak has created. As he kills hundreds of thousands of humans slumbering within the Zin mothership, the free Saints are forced to intervene. The tables are turned when the Saints themselves become trapped in a series of simulations, unable to be freed by any of their tech-savvy teammates. The end is upon them, and it is up to Matt Sullivan, 22-year-old leader of the Saints, to awaken the true power within him and defeat the crushing evil that is upon them.
