It has been 17 years since afterbirth. Many spirits in the house are still in a dreadful state well besides the Harmon family. They seem to be as happy as people can be after what they had faced in their lives. Well besides one of them, Violet still has a huge void left in her heart and so does Tate. But too many challenges are in the way of them being together such as forgiveness, jealousy, and the aftermath of what Tate has done. I guess you could say in the Murder House, Tate and Violet are both lost.

*This is the continuation of Tate and Violet three years after Afterbirth.* The past three years have not been easy for Violet or for Tate. Violet has been haunted by her endless love for him, and by the very concept that one of her little brothers is Tate, her ex boyfriend's son. She is caught between trying to let him go, and grasping onto every piece of him that she could possibly keep with her. Tate has been cooped up in the basement for the past three years, left to soak in his guilt and to relive every memory he has ever had with Violet. His love for her has not faded at all, in fact, being without her only fueled his need for her. She has his heart tight in her hands, and he knows that that would be the place it would remain forever. Maybe there's a chance for them to have their forever. But then again, maybe not.

She meets a boy named Tate, who immediately finds a liking to her but she doesn't know his past. He seems to know her, but she doesn't know him. It's almost as if she doesn't know her own past. It's almost as if her hell used to be her old home.

When Charlie moves into the so called "murder house" she doesn't believe any of the rumours . But when she meets Tate , it changes everything .
