Each story for a universe traveler is different and unique, which isn't always a good thing. Isana Kishimoto is a 15 year old girl who has seen the worst of the worst when it comes to universe travel. She travels with the purpose of becoming strong enough to take down an evil traveling empire. With the help of spirits and enemies of the empire she plans to end this era of suffering, even if it means sacrificing what little she has left. In this act she travels though some universes and eventually makes it to a place that she dubs Laser City. Laser City which was once an advanced technological society rest as now ruled by a pesky underling of the empire. Will she be able to free the thousands that survived the harsh rule of the Empire, or will she be overpowered by the dangers lurking in this world?

Sparrowpaw doesn't know a lot of things. She doesn't know why the sun rises over the Root tree or why the wind blows. She doesn't know why she was so excited the worst day of her life, when glassy eyes ripped through her just as viciously as the beak did. She does know she's going to be a warrior though, even without her voice working properly. She has to be, no matter how small the world makes her out to be. These memories are not her's. Sparrowpaw is forced to fight them, but as she navigates the tangle of pain and joy her life is, she feels she might be fighting the wrong force.
