With no influence left and nowhere else to go, he somehow ends up at the Hazbin Hotel - and to his absolute horror, he's stuck working there as the new receptionist. He hates the job, he hates the guests, and he really hates that deer-looking sinner who won't stop smirking at him. Most of the others have already lost their patience with him, but Charlie still insists on believing there's some good left in him. Of course, just when things couldn't get worse, new problems start showing up at the hotel... and it doesn't matter how much Vox complains, he's getting dragged into it anyway.
