A rush of anger sparked in Pebble, who leaped in front of Toodles, his small rock-dog form brimming with defiance. "BARK! GRRR!" he growled, frustration bubbling up as he stood protectively beside his friend. Toodles' heart raced, feeling the tension in the air around them. But just as the atmosphere thickened, a sudden crash echoed through the diner, followed by screams that pierced the cheerful chatter. Shrimp's eyes widened in disbelief, and all eyes turned toward the source of the chaos, leaving Toodles and Shrimpo frozen in shock, unable to do anything but await the unfolding mystery. - No ships in this story, unless I really want to add one. It's just supposed to be a joke, not really anything else, but I mean...? Kinda a funny story I guess.
