For Gunnilla, ''twas another ho-hum day of reaping souls worthy of Valhalla. Well, at least she thought it would be. That was before she met Jake. Jake was a seemingly good guy, dying to protect his sister from stabby thugs. Despite his noble death, Gunnilla was always cautious around him. He just didn't seem.... right. Those of you who have read "The Sword of Summer" will know that Gunnilla doesn't trust Samirah because of her father, Loki. In the book, we get a vague answer, that "a son of Loki wronged her, ruining her impression of Loki's offspring." Sorry Rick, but that fandom wants a straight answer. So in this most likely sub-par fan fiction, I'll give ya my two cents on the matter.
