Charlotte Lance and Wally West had been friends since they were kids. He had been the first person she was introduced to outside of the Queen-Lance circle. She knew him even before he stupidly recreated Flash's accident in an effort to gain those same powers himself. She visited him in the hospital when he woke up indeed having those same powers. Now, they're on a team together. They had gone from seeing each other often to seeing each other every single day. And if there was one word to describe Wally West, that word would be persistent. Wally West x fem OC Will only follow young Justice season 1, everything else will be mixed from other DC media.

Dick was 20 when he was kidnapped. No one knew where he went. What happened. He was just... missing. He is 22 when he comes back different. The Court of Owls also seem to have been killed. No surviving members as far as anyone can tell. Not that that's related to anything. Or Dick was taken and made into a Talon by the Court of Owls. He doesn't tell anyone what happened. As long as I can remember I have always been able to see the future. All of the futures.
