It's a werewolf story, as the male lead character is, but its not a story that focuses specifically on that aspect. There are no sudden wars, crazy rogues, or hidden powers. It is a simple story between an African American woman and werewolf. It tells about her journey through everyday life with dating, school, and an unhealthy obsession to ice cream. It is a disorder that is often looked over and not talked about, so please refrain from comparing it to other disorders. It may not be as harsh or serious as others, but it was be very damaging to a persons self esteem and mental health. Some scenes may be sad, some may be happy, so please take the time to enjoy.
