We all know how much words can speak when on paper or a screen, right?

spaces and spaces - of black lies, of broken promises - leaving me empty with so much to say to you.. will you hear me? hear me as I say - read my words from the pages of my heart and of my memories filling up my empty soul.

This is a poetry book I decided to write. I got the idea to write one from a friend who is also writing one.

my grandma was a beautiful soul. she was my mother, i only cherish the memories with her but no more experience them.i love my grandmother, who was my mother. i never thought that a day would come when the moments spent with her would be long lost memories. but as i face the day, i express my love in poetry. #mayismaternal
