I never have a problem eating or not eating what is on a particular diet. For me, it was in-between meals that caused me problems. My mother used to joke that I ate like a cow- grazing all day long! Unfortunately, this seems to be true! I always want some between meals "something" to satisfy both my sweet tooth and my appetite.
