Every year on April 4th the world celebrates "404 Day" - for 24 hours around the globe the internet is turned off. World leaders created this day for people and families to reconnect - businesses are closed, banks and online finance cancelled, schools dark and empty. It was intended to be a day of strengthening bonds between people without an app. But for Hal Whitlock, what begins as just another 404 holiday soon turns to terror when he realizes today is the day they're coming to collect. And he can't pay.
