Lucy van Pelt-a sixteen-year-old girl in the Women's Liberation Movement, has somehow developed feelings for Schroeder Felton again, also a sixteen-year-old and member of the student council and pianist of the school band. After kid years, both have sense of love for freedom as they grow up and realize the horrors of this world. In a time period such as 1967 during high school, they encounter comments and burdens. Other members of the peanuts gang such as Charlie Brown and Peppermint Patty also come across things they didn't know about themselves before.
