Australia was once a country with Carnivores and Herbivores coexisting with the Omnivores. Humans, considered class Omnivores, came out with a strange pathogen. During the first week, humans were infected with a virus showing cannibalistic behaviour only to their own species. Biting. Eating the flesh of ones own species. Violent behaviour. It baffled scientists at it's cause, wondering what it is. Animals however, were invisible to the infected Omnivores. Humans were ignoring the Herbivores and Carnivores. Until, they too got infected. Somehow they did. Whatever caused it, they can see both human and animal as their prey. Even if their prey are carnivores. The army lost control within the first month. Airports shut down in areas nearby, while flights didn't dare to go back to Australia. No other country was willing to take Refugees. But one showed compassion and opened it's doors. One female scientist in the military made it a goal to find a solution before things get bad. ___________________________________________ TW: Blood, deceptions of Injury, first aid, and profanity. Nahida: To get rich, first chop trees! Digging three feet down to fill in a mine! Hu Tao: Hey, those Pigmen over there, want to try this new coffin? Yae Miko: Yae Publishing House is selling "Drawing Sword" in bulk! 999 damage per strike, essential for duels before the throne! Gazing at the world-changing Teyvat before her, she slowly formed a question mark with her mouth. "Heavenly Principles ahead, you are suspected of unlicensed flight within the city and will be detained and prosecuted by the 73rd Public Security Bureau of Teyvat." Five hundred years ago, the world decided the Hydro Archon Egeria was dead. She wasn't. Now, under the name Lora, she walks Teyvat again with a single objective: to overturn the future that was forced onto her people. The Heavenly Principles wrote a prophecy. Fontaine is meant to drown. The gods are meant to obey. Lora doesn't. Every move matters. Archons, the Abyss, Celestia-everyone is playing their part, all trying to control the board. And Lora? She's already placing her pieces. Passing the throne to Focalors was only the opening move. Because this time, she isn't fighting fate head-on- she's playing for checkmate. No chosen-one nonsense. Just a former god who intends to win-before the heavens realize the game is already lost.

In "Rhaenyra The Golden" I promised only one-shots and a break from this fandom, but I am a dirty liar. I swear this happens every single time I start writing House of the Dragon fic. I sit down with one clear idea in mind, fully convinced I know where the story is going, and somehow I end up with two. The same thing happened with "The Rogue Prince Come Again" and "HIMYF - Targaryen Edition", so at this point I really should know better than to fight it. So far, we've wandered through Dorne, Driftmark, the Stepstones, the North, and even Yi Ti. And now-whether I like it or not-we're heading into my least favorite region of all: the Riverlands. I have complaints. Many of them. But the story demanded it, and I've learned that arguing rarely works. This fic is me unapologetically playing cupid, rearranging pieces, and indulging a little too hard in character dynamics. Somewhere along the way, I also circled right back to my Sims tendencies, because apparently I cannot help myself when it comes to orchestrating the chaos that is Westeros. As always, thank you for reading, and for sticking with me as this series continues to grow sideways instead of straight ahead.

This creature, one of the few remaining Intelligent Deathclaws left in the world, hopes to stop this new cataclysmic event before it happens, and maybe show humanity they don't have to be fearful of what they fail to understand.

Healing saved the world once; now it's teaching the world how to break itself. ********************************************************************************** The world is healing. Forests grow where battlefields once burned. Rivers return to land that should still be dead. People are rebuilding - carefully, hopefully - believing the worst is over. They are wrong. The healing was done by magic meant to fix everything. Magic that listened too well. Magic that learned what humans asked of it - and kept doing it. When old solutions refuse to stop, they leave behind Animiculi: not monsters, but consequences. Not evil, but absolute. The Order of the Talon is sent in. Not to destroy them. Not to claim victory. But to contain what cannot be undone. Samira Akrafona is a field Worldforger trained to stabilize disasters, not question them. But as she and those drawn into the Order's work confront miracles that help without mercy, an unspoken truth becomes impossible to ignore: Some problems grow worse every time you try to solve them. This is not a story about heroes saving the world. It is about people standing between care and catastrophe - and learning when to refuse.

But when she touches a forbidden artifact hidden in the dark, she doesn't just uncover the past-she awakens a world that shouldn't exist. Kaia has spent her life searching for truth in the dusty corners of history. But nothing prepared her for the Synchron-a bracelet woven from the very threads of reality. When an ancient corruption known as Enmity collapses the library around her, the artifact saves her life by doing the impossible: it tears a hole in the sky. Transported to the Soaring Realms-a universe of floating islands, crystalline spires, and magic that pulses like a heartbeat-Kaia discovers she is no longer just a scholar. She is a Fateweaver. Now, bound to the power of the four great Looms-Draco, Aurion, Calmera, and Noctus-Kaia must master the threads of destiny before the Enmity devours this world, too. The library didn't let her go. It sent her home. Fate has been rewritten. And there is no going back.

For four thousand years, the city of Eldrith has floated in a star-choked void, protected by the violet light of the Foundation Arch. The citizens believe they are the last safe haven in the universe. They are wrong. Lyra Galen is a spatial magus of the High Ridge, a prodigy born to pluck the fabric of reality and uphold a legacy of unyielding stone. Her life is one of prestige and pressure-until the Festival of Awakening goes wrong. A shockwave from the void plunges the city into darkness, leaving the foundations of Eldrith shivering in the silence. While the Great Houses hunt for a scapegoat, the city's elite turn their eyes toward the only instability they've ever known: Ewan, Lyra's quiet, fragile brother. To the world, Ewan is a "sickly bird" who withers when the city's light grows too bright. To Lyra, he is the only person worth protecting in a world built on ancient pride. But as the air begins to thin and the "Lumen-Dysphoria" takes hold of the city, Lyra discovers that the fracture in the stone is nothing compared to the lies buried in her own home. A three-hundred-year-old secret is bleeding through the cracks of the manor.
