Her life. Her blood. Her bones. Alexa Magnuson lived ten years of her life in near isolation after her father's death. Her only aim in life is to avenge his death. Somehow Alexa finds herself in the middle of a missionary group that calls themselves the Bearers who claim that their purpose of life is to maintain peace between the worlds of the living and the dead. They are sole heirs to a world of manipulating the elements of the earth, what they called Bearing. The only thing that tips her over is discovering her father's involvement with them and the need to learn more. Whats more, the balances have been disturbed, between both, that worlds and the houses of the Bearers and a war is brewing, surrounding her with sinister magic, choices and betrayal. The fate of both worlds now rest on her shoulders but everything comes with a price. It was easy to fall apart. But what made you get to that point? So easy to give in to the turmoil, and feel yourself give up. What about fighting for a new day? There were strange things all around us, and for Isabella Velondale, she could see these things. Her eyes were open to the beauty and the horror her kingdom had to offer. She had a knight to shield her, but there was a light out there she wanted to find. A light that would protect those she loved; to make her desolate kingdom grow again. In the land of Atriartch, the Immortals spread their darkness to consume anything and anyone in their path. The day Isabella found the creature Immortelle, was the day she gained the power to protect her kingdom. When I was 8 years old I found myself becoming more and more interested in books. Every book took me on a new journey; A new story for me to learn life lessons from. I see books as the perfect place for people to practice empathy. The reader can put themselves in the character's shoes and see things from their perspective. It's for this reason that I decided to write a book myself that I feel can change the way people view society. Near the end of the summer before my senior year, I had a dream that inspired me to write a book that I call "Division". My dream took my on a journey where I was able to see the story unfold through each main character's (Addison and terrance) perspective and I was even able to feel what they feel. For this reason, I decided to base my book on empathy and how even though our differences may divide us, we could all come together as one race, the human race, and have empathy for each other if we tried. Division is a story that follows Addison Moore, an orphan boy in the city who tries to find himself in a crazy world.

It was the year the world was supposed to end : 2012 Sophie Black was only thirteen-years-old. But she had a secret. One that would change the human race's future on Earth. Sophie Black was a cold, heartless thirteen-year-old girl who was the greatest killer on the planet. Killing was always on her mind, she couldn't escape it, especially when she was employed by the Government to track down the most vile of criminals. All she wanted in return was the freedom to kill freely when she saw fit...and a hefty price for her service. What could she say, she wanted deep pockets, and she had them. She felt nothing for anyone except for a few, special people she deemed fit; so when she stumbles into a small coffee shop in California while on a job and instantly starts feeling something for a boy across the room, well Sophie is in for some internal turmoil. We begin our story in New York. - - - - - When Zara moves to New York after her father accepts a job offer to work there and her entire family relocates across the world from their little flat in Southeast Asia, she meets Holly, the barista in the coffee shop across her new apartment. - - - - - Excerpt: "Let me repeat your order: a large iced caramel latte." She made sure to put emphasis on pronouncing caramel as carmel. "Caramel," slipped out of my mouth. She had a marker in her hand, and she pointed it at me, shaking her head. "Carmel." I stuck my tongue out. I actually stuck my tongue out at a complete stranger. Oh God, I was sure I would recall this ten years from now and fall apart with embarrassment, while she wouldn't even remember my face. But I really wanted her to remember my face. [girlXgirl]

It's like a labyrinth not a maze.... but you start from the center and work your way out..... that's death.... it represents freedom.... you've worked your way out of the labyrinth (your path in life) there are holes, pit stops , detours but No dead ends.... we just keep moving until we reach the end and walk out. It's just a game.... already written, it's timed... if we don't find our way we start over.... different body, different time period but we enter back onto the labyrinth... and try again...

"Within her raged a Restless Ocean." Oh, how beguiled she was to believe in her completion, to have conviction she was whole on her own, her tideless, clement oceans blinding. He was the ripple she felt as a vortex in her watery encapsulation.
