Baloney Ahoy!!! When I run into this messy state of not being able to write something worthy of being called 'writing' (which is most of the time) and want to get out of the rut, I pin all my hopes on drivel. BaloneyOpus will be my writer's block baloney haven. Stuff to read when one is in a mood to drown in drivel for the heck of it, and/or have nothing better to do with life. No logic, no message nothing - Just pure mindlessness. No vulgarity though.

Written for the WriteOnWriters Weekend Write-In Challenge for 1 Feb 2019. 500 words, one weekend, and a story prompt -- this week's prompt was "arrive", tell what happens when it arrives. Chloe felt something was missing from her life, so she ordered it online.

It is a relatively calm day in the office. Burphy is in a good mood and is having a profoundly nonsensical conversation with Kiran and Chowkilal when a phone call sends them on yet another wild goose chase. And this time, Burphy can't do it alone and drafts in another whacky character to be, er, another sidekick. Together, can they solve the case? Can they unknot that which needs to be, so the complainant can tie the knot? Will Burphy live up to his reputation as the greatest Law Enforcement Officer?

Scott Mueller is a man on a mission, driven to climb a notorious mountain, for honor, for love, for redemption. Scaling the heights, he delves into his own psyche, questions his motivations, and comes to see what is truly important. This is a first draft and will no doubt see a lot of editing. Please let me know where you see improvements to be made. Eventually, I'll include it in my Passport to Adventure collection.

Tony, the vampire, is stunned to find his great grand-daughter at their door. George & Ray are ecstatic to have the Italian beauty in their home, but will it cause a rift in their friendship when they realize that they're both in love with her? Isabella tells Ray of a secret plan against Tony & they secretly work to stop it. Raven is smitten with a mysterious guy and won't be deterred, despite Emily's warnings against him.
