For others, it could be a countdown to an exciting event that they're impatiently waiting for. Yet, one timer is similar for every human being on this planet; the Chronological Companionship Device. Every single baby is born with a slender, glass clock reading .... d .. h .. m .. s implanted into his or her wrist. This apparatus counts down every day, hour, minute and second until you meet your soulmate, whether you like it or not. It is completely unavoidable. I've never met one girl or guy who isn't unhealthily longing to finally meet their other half. As for me, I'm fearing it.
