Um so...ye I am a witch (I only really practice it when it benefits the people around me) and because of that I know a good bit about what herbs help with what, I mostly am known in my irl friend group as the medic who always has bandages and brings tea for those who are sick. There will be other things that aren't just herbs like salves, some stuff from my book of shadows(grimoire) and what crystals do and mean what.
