14 Year Old Keiliana Wilson is special. Her special abilities kicked in when she was 10. The ability to control weather. When ever she was happy, the sun would be shining and there won't be a cloud in the sky. When ever she was sad or angry, there would be raining and thunder storms. So to keep the world bright and sunny everyday, the government got her a mansion and everything she wants, but when Keiliana is kidnapped due to poor government security, by a mad scientist who demands money from the government upon Keiliana's release, the weather turns from beautiful to deadly.
