Monsters don't exist. This mantra was the only thing keeping one Uraraka Ochako sane as she paced back and forth through the living room of her apartment. As a police officer, she'd come into contact with her fair share of monsters, but these ones were always of the human variety. Murderers, thieves, and criminals were all undoubtedly monsters, but they weren't supernatural beings who feasted on the fears of humans.
