Mayu were also Yoshida Shoyo student and she was Gintoki's childhood friend. but after the Joui war she ran away and traveled throughout Japan. after 10 years she decided to return to Edo to drink in some bar but then she meets again her childhood friend and learn that he changed a lot from the last time she saw him and more thing, her feelings to him became more stronger. *I didn't thought about when this fanfic take place in the plot but maybe before the Shogun assassination arc... *I don't own Gintama or the characters.
