A collection of poems written along the way. Some are about wounds that refuse to fade. Some are about identity, memory, beauty, loss, and the strange contradictions within us. Others simply ask questions that have no easy answers. From watching the first rains through a closed window to becoming ensnared in another person's music, Journey is a collection about growing, falling, remembering, and trying to understand what it means to move forward. Perhaps a journey isn't about reaching somewhere. Perhaps it's about everything we become along the way.

This is a confessional poem. Author's Note / Description: "13 Things I Can't Handle" is a deeply personal poem about the struggles, fears, and pressures of being 13. Structured as a list, it explores identity, family conflict, school pressure, self-doubt, and the weight of expectations. Through repetition, it shows how each burden adds up, creating a powerful portrait of a young person trying to find their way in a world that feels heavy and isolating. This poem also highlights how writing can be an outlet - a way to cope, survive, and make sense of everything when it feels too much.

A short prose style poem depicting the bond between a fading grandmother and her vibrant granddaughter. Please forgive the use of italics, but the font on here is unbearable.
