This is a letter from me to you...

something of a memoir or personal narrative. initially this was going to be mostly for me to reflect and get over some of my trauma, but i also feel someone else could benefit from this. to make someone else feel less alone walking the line of knowing something isn't right and that you're being mistreated but the shame and embarrassment of wondering if you're simply being a baby. the "older angry sister" title and the pain that comes with it. religious trauma intertwined. you're not alone. this is just a piece of a basic rough draft, i will be coming back and adding more specific details and continuing. thank you.

Some struggles are invisible. You can look fine and still feel like you're falling apart inside. This is my story of living with depression and anxiety-not a perfect recovery, but a real experience of trying to understand myself, survive difficult days, and slowly move forward. It's not about being fixed. It's about learning to live.

Hey there, lovely people! I hope all of you are doing well! Each and every one of you!! Remember back in 2019 when I released my book filled with words of encouragement and hope? Well, I've made the decision to take that original book down and give it a complete makeover!! Have you ever had those moments when you've felt like you're not good enough? Like you're just taking up space in this world? Or have you questioned your purpose and existence, wondering why you're even here? It's not easy to fight off those negative and depressive thoughts that creep into our minds. Life can throw us curveballs and it can be a real challenge to keep moving forward. How can I sit in silence and watch the world pass me by. Many people have had a powerful impact on lives of others they knew. I just want to encourage any and all who need some. *This is not religious, political, bias, or judgmental. *This is a place of hope, support, and encouragement.
