When they are forced to share an office and do field work alongside Dr Brennan and Special Agent Booth, their relationship starts to kindle into something more. Zack Addy tries to print something in the library and meets a fellow anthropologist student who he finds fascinating. She finds him a little weird, but also a little cute. He's in forensic anthropology, while she's in visual anthropology - in short, he examines death; she examines life. Some Bones fluff - so recently, my parents started rewatching Bones & I came along for the ride (we are still in S1), and I found this dude really cute. The following is a meandering headcanon that I hope you would enjoy, as I did :D

What if Bones has another brother and what if he is her twin but she doesn't talk about him until she needs his help on a case? Blake is Brennan's twin brother he is older than her by 5 minutes and very much likes to make that known. He is just as smart as his sister but he doesn't do the same job as Bones. When he got her call she sounded nervous when Bones asked him to come to her work for some help he immediately agreed to go.

Dr. Temperance Brennan and Special Agent Seeley Booth arrive at the Jeffersonian and are shocked to see a young girl, about three years old sitting next to Angela Montenegro. She was with the newly found body. At first Brennan wanted her to leave but she was told that the young girl was a witness but is not speaking. As the shy child is walking away Brennan sees two names written on her small hand and recognizes what they are. She feels bad and let's her stay. Brennan begins to see herself in the young girl and refuses to let her go to an orphanage. Brennan begins to take care of the silent child temporarily. They grow fond of each other. Brennan contemplates whether or not to permanently adopt her. Will the child ever be happy again? Will Temperance adopt her? Takes place in season 1

Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Slot, Wrath, Envy, Pride: only five of the seven different cruel murders were discovered under Seeley Booth's watch. The fear still exists that the two unknown victims may be closer to home than desired. But Zack Addy believes that there's more of an interconnection to the case... especially when you're the main victim and the main suspect.

In a parallel universe, Temperance Brennan and Seeley Booth attend the same high school. In a world so radically different than the one we've come to know them in, Bones and Booth are still quite the same.
