In a culture where not only Christianity exists but tales of ancient myth and witchcraft, comes a story of a young Zambian girl called Diana, who finds herself in a dangerous situation when she faces death but survives it all. And everyone knows you only die once, why come back to life again? Things get complicated when death comes back to hunt her in different forms and its up to Diana to survive. It's then that she realises that death isn't back to take her life away but for a whole different reason. With the help of a few people down the line, Diana realises the truth about her complicated past and that only leads her into more trouble when other people discover how unique she is that she is wanted by death itself. And its up to Diana to break the link she has with death or face a dark destiny ahead.

I sat in the small, sky blue coloured room it had posters about health and fitness and some tips about how to prevent disease. A doctor's office...great... apparently I needed therapy...me??? The doctor was a nice, older looking man with a friendly demeanor. "What seems to be the problem Simone?" He was looking at me with a smile. "Doctor, I am addicted to toxicity" I replied honestly. Simone is just an average girl trying to fit into this far from average world. She is just so average... too average, in a quest to be less average she risks it all by running into wrong company, wrong friends, a wrong romantic relationship that just feels so right. She wants nothing more than to have a more interesting life away from her boring, average one. They say be careful what you wish for. What happens when a situation happens and she meets a guy who would only be described as the devil incarnate himself, as if that wasn't enough there are two of the same guy that she likes can a personal be so obsessed with toxicity that they fall for two of the same guy, who does she choose?...this decision makes her question everything? Herself, her decisions and her personality, she is the one that had wished for a not so average life anymore..., After all...

I remember having my first vision at 20. the whole idea used to seem ridiculous to me before but now it was happening and it was clear as day. I was extremely nervous as I looked ahead of me and thank goodness for the distance between us because no one would ever want to look death in the eye. The angel of death is everything that you would imagine it being it's not just the black robe and scary look that is quite similar to the death card on a tarrot card but it's the feeling you get. on a normal day I would laugh at looking at some freak in a black robe with a double edged sword but not this time. not now and definitely not in this moment. I had a creepy, scary feeling in the pit of my stomach that also extended to my heart, it was that feeling like your heart and stomach are in a tight note and you can't do anything about it. it was that eery feeling that you get when you go through a near death experience, where the spirit within you is furiously begging to jump out of your chest and leave out of freight, that feeling where you briefly experience your life flash before your eyes especially when you are about to have an accident or the accident is about to come to you. and in that moment you see your dreams becoming crushed, your goals and you briefly think about all the things that you will never achieve, the life you will never have and the things that you will never get to say to your loved ones, including your kids that you will never meet. I stood frozen in my position as death observed me. I crouched down in the corner of the dark, desolate room or place. My spirit was panicking within me and not just because of death but because I was frozen in time as I awaited the judgement of God. the action of his angel of death. When death glances at you, you cannot move, talk, think or feel because this is his world now and only your soul is left keeping you long enough awaiting your judgement.

My conscious tells me and my eyes immediately open.I try to turn and i say try cause Ayan has literally locked me in. "Oppa"i call out.But there is no response.I try 3 more times and it's still the same. I wiggle around till am facing him.I begin to stretch out my arms and his hold begins to loosen and just when am almost free "I would stop moving,if I were you"Ayan says "Why?"i ask looking as he now slowly opens his eyes. "Because of this"he says pinning me on my back,hands locked above my head. Knowing all to well what will come next I plead as i begin my escape plan "Am sorry but I really really need to go" l say as I lock my legs around his waist and flip us over so am on top and I jump out of bed,run to the bath and lock the door.
