Of course Emily was furious with her parents about their decision, but they acted as if they didn't care. What Emily didn't know was that her entire life was going to be turned around for the better because of this move, and it would take everything in her power to be able to hold onto the life she left behind.

The burning smoke left a scar in her mind. Her family was dead, all except for her.
