Detective Ralph Lewis wants to return to England when his case in Egypt ends. He meets a doctor on ship. Together with the doctor, they start looking for a killer that infects people. Meanwhile, they meet two patients. While searching for the killer together, Ralph encounters questions he did not expect. The answers bring him the killer.

This is an ordinary story of Derin.
