But it is not easy because he will be exposed to incidents where he makes trouble and yet the police will not catch him. غريب من يريد أن يدخل السجن من أجل العيش. متشرد في شوارع لندن الباردة هبت نسمات الشتاء التي جعلته يفكر بأكثر الأشياء جنوناً نسمة باردة واحدة جعلته يقرر التورط في مشكلة تجعل الشرطة تقبض عليه وتضعه في السجن غاية الاحتماء من برد الشتاء القارص. ولكن ذلك ليس سهلاً لأنو سيتعرض لأحداث يفتعل فيها المشاكل ومع ذلك لن تقبض الشرطة عليه.

قصة حقيقية

تحكي القصه عن فتاه امريكيه كانت تعاني من الكوابيس المتكرره أثناء نومها ولكن لا تدري ان هذه الكوابيس تعبر عن حقائق حدثت في الماضي فكانت هذه الكوابيس مرشدها لمعرفتها

تبقتْ على تحرُك القطار، و قبل أن يفعل سمعتُ أصوات صراخ رجولية في الخارج. رأيتُ الجميع ينظر بفضول نحو أحد أبواب القطار و بصراحة أنا أيضاً نظرتُ معهم، ينتابني الفضول لرؤية ما يحدث و-أوه يا إلهي، هل هذا أوستن؟ فتحتُ فمي بصدمة أنظر لهُ يقتحم القطار عنوة و حارس الأمن يركض وراءهُ من بعيد و يطلب منهُ أن يتوقف، كنتُ عاجزة عن التعبير و لكن آخرين كانوا يصورونهُ بحكم شهرتهُ السابقة. كان ينظر يميناً و يساراً حتى وقعتْ أعينهُ عليّ، وقتها رأيتها تلمع و ركض نحوي مسرعاً قبل أن يأتي الحارس الذي يصرخ عليه و يطلب منهُ الخروج، و قبل أن يصل نحوي شهقتُ عندما وقع على وجههُ عند قدماي. • بدأت في ٢٠ ديسمبر، ٢٠٢٣. • انتهت في ٢ يناير ٢٠٢٤. • قصة قصيرة متفرعة من رواية « آخر أيام ديسمبر » منفصلة ولا داعي لقراءة الرواية لفهمها.
