کمی بيش از هشت ماه پيش، در ۲۱ فوريه سال جاری، من با باور کامل تصريح کردم «نقشه ناتو اشغال ليبی است.»* من تحت اين عنوان در يک تأملات که محتوای آن به نظر می‌رسيد تخيل محض باشد، برای نخستين بار به موضوع پرداختم. من در اين سطور واقعياتی را که مرا به آن نتيچه‌گيری رساند، می‌گنجانم. «نفت به ثروت اصلی در دست فرامليتی‌های يانکی مبدل شده است؛ آن‌ها از طريق اين منبع انرژی ابزاری برای گسترش چشم‌گير قدرت سياسی خود در جهان داشتند.»
