Jennifer, thank you for voting on The Shipping Heiress and I really appreciate your support. However, I write for free and in my free time. I'm a single mother of a 5 year old in kindergarten and I  work 40 plus hours a week. I write when I can. I've not been able to finish chapter 44 because I've been very ill. I worked all of last week with what turned out to be the flu AND a sinus infection.  So, with a raging fever, body aches, sinus headache, sore throat and a snot fest, I still came to work to pay my bills. It's not been that long since I updated chapter 43, but if I don't update quick enough for you, then I apologize, but I have to prioritize my life. You may want to wait until I finish the book to read the rest, because it is not easy writing a book. I'll personally send you a message when it's finished. Anyway, I was sick and your message really bothered me. There are other ways to let an author know that you are waiting for an update (nicer ways: Please update, or when are you going to update?)I also posted that I had the flu.  Again, the book is not finished and it states that and when it was last updated on the synopsis page. I do update on a regular basis, but this is my first time writing anything and it is hard. I can't please everyone and like I said, it's free and not finished.

@JenifferMuthoni  again, thank you for your support and sticking with me! This is my first book and I have written all 44 chapters on my cell phone LOL. However, I got my new laptop in the mail yesterday and I am so excited! It's so much easier to type on an actual laptop. Hopefully this will make writing easier and much faster. I really needed the laptop sense I'm going to be writing more books. This is book one of The heiress trilogy and book two will be Abagail's story followed by suzanna's.
