oh a new thing about me is im a second year culinary student cool right and one thing i've learned to hate from food is the pig seriously cutting it and dealing with it is totally disgusting  did you know you cant make stock from it its because it turns murky from the gelatine  in it and it tastes awful or so my teacher says.
