Before publishing a I have to complete two other books in a similar vein, in that they are mash up between the classic books and science-fiction. I have a novel called Starship Wuthering Heights, that uses not only the characters Cathy and Heathcliff, but also the Brontë family being combined and called up by the Equalisers to save humanity again. The final book features Sherlock Holmes daughter called Skylar Holmes in a book titled The Last Hope.
Of my current books, Full Circle might be the closest to Pride and Prejudice and Superheroes, in that it has a lot of female heroic characters.
