MISC.
                 • astraya does not have a labeled sexuality. she is more interested in fixing the world than finding a lover, but if she ever does find a lover, it can be of any gender.
                 • astraya does not love fast or easy, but when she does love, it is hard and strong. she would kill for whoever she loves, whether platonic or romantic. hell, she would LIVE for them.
                 • her magic color is purple, and it is violent in the way that an ocean or river current is—- beautiful and life-taking.
                 • astraya loves humanity, but doesn’t know how to properly act with them. she is formal speaking and she is kind, but in a rude way—- if that even makes sense.
                 • she lives in her childhood cabin in the woods, protected by the same spell that kept it hidden from those who intended to harm her or her mother.
                 • SHE NEEDS TO BE HELD! AND LOVED! she’s known pain since she was a child, and she longs for safety and comfort—- hence why she wants to fix the broken world that she calls home.

THE LADY IN RED LORE. (brief asf.)
                 • the legend of “the lady in red” has traveled throughout the world, a tale of a woman who killed an ‘innocent’ king, kalis redthorn.
                 • kalis was responsible for the death of truly innocent people, and astraya had taken matters into her own hands.
                 • whilst kalis had casters of his own, none of them quite matched her skills nor her expertise in BOTH domains.
                 • the reason she became the lady in red is that whilst she killed the king, she did not kill any of the people in his kingdom—- therefore, everyone saw the woman covered in blood as she left the castle walls and the kingdom gates.

CASTER HISTORY. (important!)
                 • a caster is a being with innate magic, often from their parents beings casters or being the product of a caster.
                 • casters are often mistakes for witches, but they are not the same. whilst magic is common ground for them, witches require objects whilst casters do not. the caster’s abilities come from within themselves.
                 • while male casters can choose which domain they will harness, women cannot. their domain is often chosen for them on their sixteenth birthday. no one before astraya has ever chosen / been given both domains.
                 • when people choose the dark magic, their eyes are a silver hue. when they choose light, their eyes do not change. since astraya is both light and dark, her left eye is green and her right is silver.
