I like to write about the kind of softness that survives ruin. 
Sometimes it's messy. 
Sometimes it hurts. 
But it's always real.  I wrote the first version of this book 'norah and daniel' years ago - when I was 19 and still figuring out how to tell stories. Now I'm back, rewriting the story the way it was always meant to be told.
