“Perfect,” I whispered, as I looked at myself in the mirror. I glanced over my outfit for school, I smoothed out the creases that showed.

I donned a deep gray NYC crop top, you know the one's that showed your mid-drift and hung off of one shoulder, light blue skinny jeans that hugged my frame perfectly. I didn't even have to wear a belt. I also had a gray beanie on, which was where most of my black hair rested except for a few strands. I threw on a pair of black laced Jimmy Choo's and an assortment of jewelry. I gently grabbed my father's nameplate necklace and placed it around my neck and locked into place. I rested me hand on it and smiled.

“Yeah. I'm coming down for breakfast now,” I called back. With that being said, I grabbed my sunglasses and my backpack and raced down the stairs to the kitchen.

When I got there, there were five pairs of eyes staring my way. Marco was there and so were my grandparents, but I didn't know the other couple. They seemed around the age of Marco or a little older. The man was obviously; from what I've learned about Alpha's; an Alpha and I assumed that the woman was his mate.

It was something about them that caused me to freeze right where I was. They both had dark brown hair that mirrored the dark brown strands that were hidden in my black hair. Their noses were small pointy things that stuck out on their faces and their brown eyes were a melted chocolate color that anyone would die to have. But it was the woman who stunned me the most. She looked just like me just with older features. As I walked closer her smile widened in happiness. Her smile was contagious as it reached her eyes causing me to do the same.
