poor girls didn't have much of a education. they went to Sunday school. if u were poor u needed to go to school so that u could get a job and then get money for their family. the education was very poor though and they only learned things like arithmetics so that they could get jobs like a shop assistant or keeper. rich girls didn't need an education. they stayed at home and learned how to sew and they learned a bit of French. they just had to worry about getting a husband.
