We're all mad here. 
Or are we? We can't tell because of so many different perspectives. There is no true definition of normal because it isn't normal for everyone. Eating a bug is normal for some people while it isn't for others. Therefor, we think the person eating the bug, is mad. 
Bravery is often mistaken for insanity when it comes to certain times. That boy, might be brave, but it shows as insane. 
So, remember, no one is normal making everyone mad here.
