You wake up to the sound of your alarm going off. "Mhmm lemme sleep", you say tiredly. You get up slowly from your bed and turn off your alarm. "One thing I'm not gonna miss about school is waking up at 6:00 every morning", you say annoyed. It was your last year at Enidla high. Sure you were going to miss your friends and the bad food but you were excited to get on with your life. You were studying biological science; you were going to be a vet.

You go into the restroom and put on your favorite music while getting ready for the day. You change your clothes and fix your hair, and make sure your face is presentable. "Okay! I don't look that bad today I guess", you say to yourself while looking in the mirror. You head downstairs and see your dad making something to eat. "Good morning dad, is this for me?", you say sarcastically while snatching his plate of eggs and biscuits away. "Nope, go make your own girl", he says with a smile as he snatches his plate of food back. "Got any plans for school today?", he asks. "Nah just the same boring stuff, good thing it's a Friday though", you say while taking a biscuit off your dads plate. "I'll see you after school dad, love you!", you say while walking out the door. "Love you too, be safe."

You and your dad have always been close. Ever since the divorce your dad has been more open with you. Your mom lives across town; you visit her sometimes on the weekends. You start making your way to school. Your school isn't that far from where you live; it's a 10 minute walk but you don't mind. Your dad has offered to take you to school but you declined; you liked walking.

As you were walking you started to feel a little funny, like something was off. You look around to see if anything is out of the blue but nothing seems odd. "It's probably nothing", you say to yourself. You can't help but feel like something is off about today. You make your way to the front of the school; you check your watch. "6:50, I made good time", you say in your head. "Heyyy y/n! Looking sexy as ever today." You turn around and see your friend Luca approaching you. "Hey, where's Leila?", you asked the short blacked hair boy. "She's probably already in class, she's no fun", he says. "We should probably get going too, I can't have any more tardys.", you say with a sigh. "Yea let's go", Luca says as both of you enter the building.
