Chapter 2 Last Day at home

Wednesday middle of the week.

My alarm went off.I got up and got dressed in sweatpants,a t-shirt,a hoodie and ugg boots with my hair in a bun."I love this outfit"I thought.My parents never allowed me to wear make up so I couldn't put any on.I grabbed my phone and got my bag and went down to the kitchen my dad was asleep.I was grateful for that.I made toast and when I was done.I walked out of the house.Little did I know it would be the last time I would see my house.I got on the bus and sat in the front and put my ear buds in I was listening holding onto heaven when we got to school.

I walked up to my locker and quickly put the books I didn't need in and the ones I did out.I started walking to class when I got pushed I dropped all my books.I look up and it was Josh and his gang I put my books in my bag and got up.Josh said "Did you miss me Savannah?" I looked at him and said "No Josh I didn't miss you". He gave me a stern look and came towards me.I backed and then my back hit the wall I couldn't go any further.Josh said " Not the answer I was looking for Sav"."Don't call me that just leave me alone I'm sick of all of you being at me".I said.Josh and his gang had angry looks on their faces.

Morgan came up to me and said "We will never leave you alone and we can call you what we want you will pay for that at big lunch and after school meet us at the yard". He looked at me I said " Why would I want to meet you at the yard so you can beat me up?""You will do as we tell you or if you don't we will seriously hurt you"Morgan said."You already seriously hurt me"I said "Oh someone is getting brave" said Josh."You will meet us in the yard or we will come get you and drag you there"Josh said.The bell rang.Morgan said "Do you hear us Bitch". I nodded." Good you better go to class now we will see you there"Morgan said with a cocky smirk.

I got to Geography.The boys walked in 10 minutes late.Ms Murphy said "Boys why are you so late?". Josh said " We were helping Mr Carmody with the library miss". Mrs Murphy said "Well okay then take your seats"." Yes miss"all the boys said.Morgan took his seat beside me I shuffled away from him.He smirked down at me and whispered in my ear he said "Remember after school or you will be dragged out to the yard". I looked at Morgan and turned back." Do you understand?"He said.I nodded."Mr Andrews please concentrate you have missed enough already ". Mrs Murphy said." Yes miss"Morgan said. Geography ended before I could get out Morgan grabbed my arm and said "See you in English". "Oh great that's next class" I thought.

I walked to English.The boys came in.Josh and Nathan sat beside me.We all stood up.Josh pinched my arm.I moved away but Nathan said "Stop it Bitch or I will make it even worse you will be in so much pain you won't be able to move after school if you keep doing what you are doing now". I looked up at Nathan and nodded." Good Sav". I was scared what were they going to do to me at big lunch and after school.I hated when they called me Sav.They had no right to call me that.English ended and I walked to History.The boys were in this class as well.Oh how I hate Wednesdays the boys are in the first 3 classes.I walked in and sat down.Nathan sat beside me.Ms Madigan called the roll."Nathan Walsh"."Here"said Nathan."Savannah Matthews"."Here"I said.

When everyone else was called Ms Madigan began the lesson.When she gave the homework she said we could go.I got up and put the books I don't need for homework in my locker and got my next 3 books for the next 3 classes.I kept the books I needed for homework in my bag.I went down to the canteen and got a cereal bar.Bobby the man that served us our lunches smiled at me.He said "Want me to save your lunch for you Savannah?". I smiled at him and said " If you don't mind Bobby thanks". He smiled and said "The usual so ya". I nodded.I waved goodbye he said " Bye".

I went to maths with Mr Monahan.Great I thought.I was late the bell rang five minutes ago.I walked into maths.Mr Monahan said"Savannah why are you late?". I turned to him and gave him a truthful answer I said"Because Sir I don't like the way you teach you shouldn't be a maths teacher so that's why I'm late because I didn't want to come to class with a teacher that can't teach the subject". I smiled at him.Everyone around me had smirks and were laughing.Mr Monahan had one angry face on him.He said "Sit down now Savannah". I smiled and took my seat.I got a spare copy and started drawing in it.Mr Monahan came around to check the homework when he came to me he seen that I had none out and said"Savannah can I speak to you outside".I sighed and got out of my seat.I walked out and sat at the table that was outside.

Mr Monahan said "Savannah what has gotten into to you I know you may not like some subjects but you still have to do them and as for not having homework done what's your explanation for that?". I looked at him and said " Well Sir I'm telling you now I don't like the way you teach and I never will it doesn't matter what subject you teach you shouldn't be a teacher and I don't take back what I said in that class because all of what I said was true and as for the homework I don't do it because you can't teach maths or any subject for that matter is that good enough for you Sir?".

I smiled at him because what I said is what I have wanted to say to him since he taught me at the beginning of the year.He looked very angry and said "No Savannah it is not from now on you will do the homework you are given and listen in class do you understand?". I smiled and said " Oh Sir you don't understand you can't teach so I won't do the homework or listen because you can't make me".I gave him a big smirk and walked into class with my head held high.Mr Monahan soon followed.He stared at me and I gave him a big grin.Mr Monohan came over took my journal and put a D for disturbing in it my first D.When maths was finally over.I walked down to double science.Mrs O Riley came in and started the lesson.

The bell rang for big lunch.I put my books in my locker and got my next 3 out.I walked down to the canteen and Bobby gave me my lunch.I smiled and said"Thanks Bobby"."Anytime Savannah".I went into the library and I finished my lunch.It was 1:30 and I was glad the boys hadn't found me.I walked up to French with Ms Duggan.I sat and the lesson began.When French ended I went to Religion with  Mrs O Brien.I like Mrs O Brien she a nice teacher.When her lesson ended I went to my last class with Ms Lavelle Irish.Finally home came I quickly went to my locker and put my books in.

When I closed my locker there was Thomas Collins and Morgan Andrews in front of me.Oh No I thought."Come on Sav aren't you happy to see us"Said Thomas."Just leave me go home Thomas and Morgan please"."Awww the Bitch is begging to go home to Daddy well guess what sweetheart you are gonna pay for talking back to us this morning come on now".Said Thomas."NO I'M GOING HOME".I screamed at Thomas and started running."Is that right?".He ran towards me.I dropped my bag and got tackled by Thomas.He picked me up and put me over his shoulders like I weighed nothing."You ain't going nowhere Sav".I punched and kicked but it did nothing to him."Morgan grab her bag and let's go.They started walking out onto the yard."What took you so long Thomas and Morgan?".Said Josh Edwards.

"That Bitch that's what Josh she tried to run"Said Thomas pointing to me. "Oh well we will have to fix that now won't we" said Josh.Thomas put me down and held my arms behind my back.I squirmed trying to get out of his grip."No point you won't win because we are stronger than you always will be"Said Nathan."Just get it over with"I said.They punched kicked and cursed at me calling me all sorts of things.After maybe 30 minutes they finally stopped and Tommy said "Maybe you should just stop talking so you won't get into trouble that way".

When they all left.I limped my way home.I limped up to my room not even bothering to see if anyone was in the house or not.I did my homework and went to bed.At about 3:00am there was a noise at my window it started to open and I ran for the door but someone put there hands over my waist and pulled me back.I screamed for help.Someone's hand went around my mouth.They whispered in my ear they said " Shh now Savannah we don't want anyone hearing now do we?". It sounded like a man.I kicked and screamed. Another man came towards me and put a cloth over my mouth.I didn't breath in.The man that was holding me said "Come on now Sav be a good girl and breath in". I couldn't hold it in anymore.I took a big breath in.Soon darkness took over.The last thing I thought before darkness took me was Will I ever see my family again.

Oh uh what will happen to Savannah?Who are her kidnappers?
