Chapter 2

"Kilala mo ba kung sino 'yon?" I asked vienna.

"H-hindi"

"Tsk, sino kaya 'yon?" I asked while wondering about who he was

She shrugged "i-i don't know.." she sighed "baka n-namali lang ng kwarto na pinasukan"

I nodded "Maybe..."

Ughhh Why is he so familiar? This is frustrating

In the middle of spacing out i--

"Nela!"

"YAWA!" I shouted.

Vienna laughed "you're spacing out. Is something wrong?"

I shrugged "nothing"

I decided to just sleep so i lay down on the bed and covered myself with the comforter.

Tsk! I can't sleep! Bakit ba iniisip ko 'yong lalaking 'yon samantalang 'di ko naman s'ya kilala?

Sino ba kasi ang lalaking 'yon at bakit parang familiar s'ya sakin?

I just sighed and closed my eyes.

I woke up not noticing that i fell asleep, i looked at the wa clock to see what time is it.

9:30pm.

Tumayo na agad ako at dumiretso sa cr.

Pagkalabas ko ay 'di ko napansin ma wala pala dito si Vienna

Huh? Nasaan nanaman kaya 'yong babaeng 'yon?

I just shrugged and let it slide, baka bumili lang s'ya sa labas.

I was about to  lay down on the bed but then i saw a heart shaped box on the table.

Hmm? Kanino naman kaya 'to? 'di naman siguro kay Vienna 'to dahil wala naman s'yang boyfriend or manliligaw and besides 'di s'ya mahilig sa chocolates.

Out of curiosity i opened the box and as expected may chocolates doon but that one paper caught my attention.

Oh a letter.

'hi, my love, it's me, don't you remember me? I'm your first partner in life.

If you're reading this right now i just want to say that i love you so much and i would give you everything just to make you happy.

My love, i hope you remember me soon so that we could get married and have a child.

I'm sorry for not being there to save you, i was too late.

I'm sorry for not being a perfect fiancé.

I love you so much that i even disobeyed my parents just for you.

I will wait for you till i die.

Marco.. that name is so familiar. I feel like i knew him before or maybe he's part of my past that i completely forgot.

I didn't realized that i was crying so i wiped my tears off as i closed the box and put it back on the table.

Sakto namang dumating na si Vienna na may dalang midnight snacks.

Her eyes widened when she saw me before she asked "Are you crying?"

"Hm? Oo..."

"Bakit?" She asked, making me feel pressured "may masakit ba? May natandaan ka ba? Sumakit ulo mo?" She asked continuously.

"W-wala, okay lang ako" i sighed "ito kasing box ng chocolate e pinaiyak ako, tsk"

She chuckled "at pano ka naman paiiyakin ng chocolates?"

"Gaga, may sulat kasi sa loob kaya binasa ko kaya ayun 'di ko namalayan naiyak na pala ako"

"Hmm? May nagbigay sa'yo ng box ng chocolates?" Tanung n'ya.

"Ha? Hindi ah, akala ko nga sa'yo 'yan e"

"H-hindi sakin yan, wala naman akong boyfriend or manliligaw tsaka 'di naman ako palakain ng chocolates"

Oh diba 'di sa kanya..

"Kanino ba galing 'yan?" Tanong niya.

"Marco daw e"

Umawang ang labi n'ya "ha? Ano sabi mo? Marco?"

I nodded "kilala mo ba s'ya?"

"Marco diba? wala akong kilala, sure ako dyan. Believe me Nela" Vienna looked at the heart shaped box na may laman na chocolates na bilog bilog-- nakalimutan ko tawag doon e basta ano fer.. ferrero rocher? yeah ferrero rocher.

"You know what? I don't care, kakainin ko nalang yung chocolate. I'll focus on the letter pag ok na ko" I said as take out the chocolate para kainin.

"Are you sure? The earlier you finish the better"

"I just wanna clear my head muna"

"Your choice girlie"

"Mrs. Hernandez?"

"Huh? Its Ms. Zaragoza"
