AvNeil had just finished a 3hrs online meeting with one of their business partners
While neil had gone to the kitchen to make coffee downstairs, avni was standing near their room's window, lost in her thoughts

15 mins later-

Avni was too engrossed in her thoughts that she didnt realize that neil was calling her since 10mins
He moved forward &stood right behind her, after keeping 2mugs of coffee on the table nearby
He snaked his arms around avni's waist from behind, finally bringing her out of her thoughts

Neil turned her around

Avni hugged him at once& rested her head on his chest whereas neil was totally confused by her silence but he kissed her forehead& started to caress her hair

Avni was hugging neil& had started drinking her coffee when suddenly she felt something happening inside her body

She widened her eyes in shock, kept the mug aside& ran inside the washroom, leaving neil confused
Soon she came out in a different pair of clothes& with a drained facial expressions

She looked like a glass doll which could hit the floor at any moment
But why should avni fear when her loving hubby was there
Neil at once went to her& held her in his arms securely

N-baby you ok?

A-hmmm
My dates came neilu
Its paining too

It didnt take neil even a minute to understand what avni meant
He picked avni in bridal style& made her sit on the couch
Avni was about to drink the coffee kept nearby when neil pulled the cup out of her hand

N-now no more coffee for few days avu- its not good for your health right now
You should have more of water instead
Give me 5mins
I will get you lemonade
It will reduce pain also

Neil left& soon returned with glass of lemonade

N-have it in installments

Avni nodded& drank it like obedient child

A-thank you so much for the care you give me every month

N- youre most welcome baby
I cant share your pain but at least take care of you to reduce the pain to some extent

Neil again went and soon came back with hot water bottle
He wrapped it in towel& kept it on her abdomen &avni smiled in relief
