"Hey! I'm your roommate for the next nine months!", I said
" Yeah.", he said not caring
"So, what happened to your um... your face? Well not that.... um.... I meant your eye.", I said shakingly
"Some things are better off left unsaid, Red Cross.", he said walking to me
"Well, um... what's Red Cross?", I asked
"You really are dumb. A Red Cross is a sign for medical aid. I thought u were a medical prodigy? Or are you just here for the fun of it?", he said unemotionally
"Uh, no I really am a medical prodigy.", I said
"Whatever." he said walking out
I was real tired I stumbled and stuffed my luggage in my closet and just plopped on the bed and though why Kavoka was so rude and unemotional. Maybe he was in some tragedy that explains the scar.
He walked back in with a newspaper a few hours later and walked towards me and locked the door of the dorm.
He took it and went into tm the bathroom. Now, I thought that was a little awkward but a few seconds later I realized he wasn't taking a dump.
I heard pounding noises and metal clanking. He came out and shoved me over and walked out saying he was going out for lunch. I looked at the newspaper and it had a picture of a girl but the face was drilled off, with Lav next to her. I ran out of the dorm and saw Kavoka was walking down through to the stairs which must be exhausting.
As exciting it could be, I decided to go down the elevator because really? 17 flights of stairs? Not my strong point.
I used the elevator to the first floor and when I stepped out I saw Kavoka running down the last flight and hid behind the receptionist desk, and he headed towards the cafeteria. I followed him and saw him talking to Tutsuro about something.
"Did you tell the welp about what happened?", Kavoka said
"Uh, um, no sir!", Tutsuro said
"You did. I know it. He was asking me everything and Mr. Obligato told me about what he said.", Kavoka said
"Sorry Voku!", Tutsuro said
" Stop saying that, deadbeat!", he said
I walked in and said," Voku?"
Kavoka turned and stares at me in shock and fury
"What the- WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!", Kovaka said
"Get in the dorm! You are going to get it!", he yelled
Scared, I ran to our dorm. What the heck have I done?
