tired. so fucking tired.

the same thing repeats in my head over and over as i trudge to school with- or behind my twin brother and not with jisung like i normally would.

"hyun are you there??" i feel a small flick to my head and i turn my head to meet eyes with my concerned looking brother.
"no- sorry i'm just really tired.."
"were the guys and i too loud while gaming last night? dude i'll shut up next time if that's the reason-"
"no, no it's not you jeno don't worry.. thanks though" i try my best to give him a bright smile, lowkey failing.

"okay..." he says, skeptical and now walking slower to match my pace.

"what's up with her?" donghyuck asks jeno when we arrive at school, covering up his concern with his joking as always.
"she says she's just tired, but i call bullshit" jeno throws his arm over my neck and rubs my hair.
"see?! normally i would get a reaction out of that but nothing."

"sorry guys i'm just so out of it.. i just need sleep desperately"
"you don't need to apologize angel, we're just worried okay?" jaemin being the kindhearted person he is, is the only one that doesn't joke around like this.

"hey guys! what's up?" jisung, chenle, and renjun walk up the stairs to the roof and waves at us.
"we're trying to talk to zombie hyun" hyuck points at my drowsy, hunched over state.

"you didn't sleep again?" jisung looks at me with worried eyes and caresses my head.

i just shake my head, leaning into the boys chest. he wraps his arms around me and leans his head onto mine.

skinship has been pretty easy and comfortable to initiate since that night we stayed at sungs place. it just seems so right for me honestly.

"i got your coffee for you but i don't think you should drink it anymore..." he sets the drink on the floor.

jisung has been getting a lot more sleep than i have recently, as much as i'm happy for him, i honestly can't help but be jealous.

"hey guys, look at them" renjun elbows me and whispers, nodding his head towards jisung and hyun in their own worlds.
"oh my gosh" all the guys look at the two, and chenle takes a picture.
"are they dating or what?" donghyuck smirks after looking at the picture chenle took.

oh my god finally we're getting somewhere with hyunsung...

the agonizing sound of the school bell ringing makes me cringe.

"cmon hyun.. we gotta go to class.." jisung looks down at me, talking to me as if i were a toddler.
"i really don't want to.."
"i know you don't but jeno told me you missed yesterday's test because you were sick.. i'm sorry but you need to take that.." he grabs my heavy backpack and starts lowkey dragging me to my class.

"goodluck with your test kiddo, i'll come to you after class." he walks away after handing me my backpack as he waves.

"ms. lee. sit in the back to take your test, you have an hour." my teacher has a scowl on his face and doesn't even greet me as he leads me to a seat in the back of the class.
