I left their home and drove to my own. Leaving my car in the parking lot, I decided to take a stroll in the park nearby.
Sure it sounded like a good idea then. There were children hybrid or not that was playing around. They all looked so happy and it broke me inside.
I was happy like them. I was content once. My life did a complete 180° a few years back.
I shook my head from my thoughts, looking up to see a fox looking hybrid, sitting by himself on the bench.
I decided to walk over and sit next to him, to keep him company or the other way around perhaps.
I seated next to him and in the corner of my eye I saw him flinch, shuffling slightly away from me.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." I stated apologetically, not turning to glance at him.
He shuffled slightly and I could sense him looking at me, so I looked back at him.
He was breathtaking, being completely honest. Having orange and black fox ears, sandy blonde hair and I could barley make out small scars on his cheeks.
He looked away when I looked over at him. I'm guessing he's shy.
"So.. I'm (y.n)." I smiled at him.
I saw him reddening slightly as he looked back over at me.
His dark, hazel eyes looked so pure. I smiled at him lightly as he started to speak with such a soft and small voice. I almost melted right there and then.
"I-Im Jimin.." he said shyly.
"Nice to meet you Jimin. Such a sweet name, hm?"
After a moment I saw him fidget slightly like he wanted to ask me something.
"You can ask whatever, Jimin."
"I- um.. so uh. Who's your hybrid? W-well do you have one? Sorry it's personal to ask this. Sorry."
I smiled.
"I actually don't have one."
"B-but you smell strongly like another."
Oh god he thought I was lying didn't he??
"O-oh! No that's my friends hybrid. He gets clingy when I visit him. He's a sweetheart really."
He let a small smile out before his ears perked up.
"What is it?" I asked.
I looked around and just saw men running this way, screaming 'catch him' or 'get him to me'.
