It's been 8 months since Zoe and I moved to California from New York. Everything is great so far. It was a diffrerent atmosphere, I could tell you that. It is currently 4 a.m., and everything at 4 a.m. is gorgeous in Cali. I'm wide awake pulling an all nighter, not like I intended to.

Sighing, as I got out of bed and went downstairs to find something to eat. I was about to open the door to the refrigerator until I saw a note on the door.

'Maya Papaya, we need some food - Zoe xx'

Great. Four a.m. and we have no food. I went back upstairs and went into Zoe's room. I saw her awake watching The Perks of Being a Wallflower, aka her favorite movie. (that movie is bae fr)

I went over and sat on top of her. "You ate all of our food dipshit." I said smirking, taking a bag of gummy worms she had in her hands.

"I'm sorry loser." She said getting into Sam, also known as Emma Watson, her woman crush.

"Sure you are." I said rolling my eyes and leaning back on her. She played with my hair until I got up.

"We have to be at the cafe at six today. We are opening." I said getting up from the position. "But I don't want to." She whined. I giggled and left the room.

"Okay, we are open, now what." Zoe asked me after she put up the open sign in the window.

"We wait." I said taking a sip of my coffee. She groaned throwing her head back.

They are both 18, and they moved out to California after they graduated high school in NY
