Chapter18: The Room

Regina's pov:
Ever since that day Robin came to apologize to me, everyday he would stay overnight. Henry comes to visit everyday also but goes back home to Emma at night. Tink is also still staying with me, I don't know what I would do without her.

It's around noon and Robin went out to go play with Roland for the day and Henry said he wasn't able to make it today and Tink went out to hang with her new boyfriend. So I guess I'm alone today. Since I'm 8 months pregnant there's not many things I can do. So I decide to do some shopping for my baby.

I wave my arm in front of me and a selection of items appear. I scroll my finger in the air to see more items.

"Let's first find a crib." I say to myself aloud.

After a few hours I finally finish designing the room. The crib is white with a little gold detailing and there is a nice baby pink curtain behind it. (Picture^^^^ all of the green details are a baby pink and there is only one crib) there is a nice little seating area in the middle of the room. On the other side opposite of the crib I add a wardrobe and a changing station. In the corner I put a huge stuffed giraffe.

"If this room isn't fit for a queen's child I don't know what is." I say to myself.

I spent so much time and focus to the room that I don't even notice how long it took. It was around noon when I started and it's already almost 7. Robin should be home soon and if he finds out I haven't eaten he's going to begin to worry. I begin to head downstairs to see what's there to eat. I open the fridge and find some left over fettuccine from last night. I open up the container and put some of it onto two separate plates, one for me and the other for Robin. I put them both into the microwave. Once they are finished I take on play out and leave the other one in there so it can stay warm til Robin gets back. I take the plate and put it on the table and take a seat.

Since I was so busy with the room I wasn't able to realize how hungry I was, so I finished my plate fairly quickly. Once I head back to the living room i hear the door open.

"Hey babe. Are you alright?" Robin says from the entrance.

"I'm fine."

"Did you eat yet?"

"Just finished." He comes into the living room and I give him a peek on the lips. "There's a plate in the microwave for you."

"Thank you." He says then heads to the kitchen to get it. Then he takes the plate and sits on the couch next to me. "What've you been up to all day?"

"Well I decorated the nursery." I said with a smile.

"Really?!"

"Yep!"

"Can I see it?" He asks eager.

"Once you're finished eating."

"Fine." He groans.

"Stop being so childish." I giggle.

"Only with you." And he gives me another kiss.

Once Robin has finished we head to the stairs and I think the only thing keeping him from running up the stairs is me and how I have difficulty moving fast.

We are at the door, "Are you ready?" I ask slightly teasing him.

"Come on Regina." He says with i laugh.

"Ok! Welcome to QutlawQueen's child's room that we haven't named yet." Robin laughs at my statement.

And I swear once I open the door Robin's eyes fly out of his head.

"Oh my gosh Regina!"

"You hate it?" I say sadly.

"Absolutely....not. It's beautiful! The baby's a girl?!"

"I don't know just a hunch." I say with a shrug.

"Well it's absolutely beautiful!" He comes up to me and gives me a hug.

Just a few more weeks til this little creature of mine comes out!

I've had a hectic week!
And my next week schedule consists of studying and studying and more studying, so I'll try to slip a chapter in here or there.
