"Find out what?!" Dad comes running out of his room. 'shit'

"Oh techno was really stressed and wanted to go on a car ride to calm down but just got more stressed about how you would respond because it's 1 am!" Wilbur somehow made that up on spot.

"Oh that's fine! Just be home before tommy wakes up for school!"

As soon as we got in to wil's car he pulled out his pack of cigarettes. Pulled 2 out and offered one to me, I politely decline it. He shrugged and put one back into the pack and lit the other one, then put the car in drive.

We both have our way to destress. His is smoking and mine was drinking. Both an unhealthy way to cope but still we did it. I mean I also had cutting but that's besides the point.

I didn't even realize wil lit another cigarette and we were also at the hospital. 'I've always hated hospitals. But it's just stitches. Nothing more.' Wil stomped out his cigarette when we got to the door.

After checking me in Wil was pacing around the waiting room till my name was called. 'how do I explain this to the doctor?' Wil grabs my hands and gives me a reassuring smile.

"So what happened?" The doctor asked. "Well.. umm" I can't seem to say it so I look to wilbur. "I came into his room after hearing a pained scream and he was covered in blood." He explained still looking over at me every so often. "And what happened to make them bleed?" I finally said 2 words "self harm." The doctor was shocked to say the least. She looks back to my arms that are now getting disinfectant so I could get stitches.

When we finally got home it was 4 am. I was about to fall asleep and wil had another cigarette in his mouth.

Walking inside I gave him a quick hug "thank you.."
