Chrome's Pov 

I walked into the classroom and the first thing I saw was Mukuro. He was reading a book which was actually pretty surprising seeing that he never reads anything. "Ahem." He looked up and raised his eyebrows. I dragged him out of his seat and out the door. I let go as soon as we were at the school's garden area. "The fourth round will be a 50m sprint," I announced. Mukuro just smirked. "I bet I can beat you," he said. "Don't be so sure," I said. "I'm pretty fast at running even if I don't look like I am," I added.

If I could, I'd wipe that smirk of his immediately, but I'll be the one who smirks after the sprint. I dragged a random classmate to do the start signal. I think his name was Kakeru. "3...2...1...GO!" he shouted. I took off and ran like my life depended on it. I didn't try looking for Mukuro, because that would slow me down. I closed my eyes and ran, feeling the wind blowing past me. Ahh, it felt nice... When I opened my eyes again, I was far away from the finish line. I went way over it. Mukuro was panting at the finish line. "The winner is Chrome," Kakeru announced. 

I looked at Mukuro and smirked. He rolled his eyes at me. I walked over and hit him on his head. "When you lose, you're supposed to congratulate me, not just roll your eyes," I said. "Congratulations, Chrome-chan~" he said it right next to my ear, and I shivered. I turned around and glared at him. He started running away. "GET...BACK...HERE!!!" I yelled after him. When I catch him, he's going to regret messing with ME.

Few minutes into chasing him, I lost where he went. I walked back to the classroom, thinking that he might be there. And he was. He was drinking water. Wait... Isn't that... my bottle...? I ran over to him and snatched the bottle out of his hands. "What?!!" he asked. "Is this my bottle?" I asked, pointing to the bottle. "Well..." he started. "Well...what?" I growled. "Well...uh...yes," My eyes widened. Did I hear that right? I'm pretty sure I heard that right. I raised my hand up, preparing to kill him. 

"The fifth round will be,,," he started. I put my hand down. "Will be what?" I asked. "Scissors paper rock!!" he announced. "What? Again? Seriously?" I sweatdropped. "Yep. You never said we couldn't do something twice." Ugh. He got me. I should have considered that. I sighed and agreed. Round 1 - I won. Round 2 - I lost. Round 3 - I won. "YESSSSS!!" I squealed. Mukuro stared at my strangely. Wait. Did I just squeal?!!? ... What has this boy turned me into?!?!

"I WIN. SUCKED IN!!!" I boasted. "Yeah, yeah" he said in a bored tone. "Let's have the last round today too. I'm winning so far. I have three points and you have two." I said. He nodded. "You can choose the last one, since you're losing," I stuck my tongue out at him. HEH. "Don't regret it," he said. "I won't." I said stubbornly. "Okay then. The last round is for me to play only. I'm going to make you fall in love with me," he said.

Eh? Did I just hear that right? I felt my cheeks heating up. "W-what! That's not fa-" I got cut off. "Remember, you said I can choose, which means I also choose the participants," he said, smirking. I sighed, "Fine, but it won't happen." Well, at least I'm hoping that it wont happen. I stared at the floor, trying to hide my blush. My heart was beating rapidly. Even though I knew that I was already in love with him, my stubbornness wouldn't let me admit that I liked him.

"I like you,"' Huh? "I like you." What is this? "I like you," I stared at Mukuro blankly. Was this how he was going to make me fall in love with him? That isn't going to work. "I know what you're thinking. You're thinking that it won't work, but I will make you fall in love with me," he declared. I turned around to hide my blush. These blushes are attacking me like crazy. "I'm going to go first," I said hurriedly. "Not so fast." He grabbed my hand and took me to somewhere.

"Close your eyes," he whispered softly. I closed my eyes and held onto his hand tightly. He didn't plan to take me to some cliff right? "Just trust me," His voice sounded so soft that I felt safe just holding onto his hand. I stumbled and fell, but he caught me just in time. He lifted me up in his arms and I opened my eyes. "Wh-" "Shhh, close your eyes. I'll take you there," I closed my eyes again. 

"Open your eyes," he said. When I opened my eyes, I saw a field of flowers swaying in the wind. The grass was soft when I crouched down to touch it. I sat down and closed my eyes. "Do you like it?" he asked, sitting down next to me. I nodded, smiling. "It almost seems like you've blown away the darkness inside me," I murmured. I gasped softly and covered my mouth. "D-did you hear that?" I stuttered. He shook his head smiling, but he most likely heard it. My heart was pounding just sitting next to him.

He has already won the round..."I've liked you ever since we were small," he said suddenly. Eh? I feel dizzy... My other self must be taking over now that it has regained power... Thank you Mukuro... You let me see light again... My darkness has disappeared... Thank you once again...

Mukuro's Pov 

Chrome's head leaned on me. It felt like the Chrome that took over is slowly going away. "I heard everything, Chrome...Thank you too," I whispered to her. She probably couldn't hear, but I felt a need to say it. Chrome opened her eyes and rubbed them. "Where am I?" she said in her soft and melodic voice. "In a place where nobody can disturb us," I said. "She says that you've won the last round..." she murmured. "Do you remember everything?" I asked. her. She nodded while blushing.

Chrome's Pov 

Mukuro suddenly leaned over and kissed me, surprising me. I felt that this kiss was different. It was like he was telling me that he loved me so many times. I closed my eyes and kissed him back. At that moment, it felt like it was only us and the starry sky and we were in our own world. "I love you," he said. "I know," I mumbled."I really love you," I blushed at him repeating the words. "So, marry  me when we are older," he said. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a fake ring and puts it on my hand. "Just temporarily," he said. I nodded, and tears came out of my eyes. Never once, have I thought that this day would come. All the happiness in my entire life must have gathered at this moment.
