Chapter 2- Y/N

We walk into Finneas's house and are immediately greeted by Peaches, jumping eagerly at his auntie. Claudia appears and immediately gives Billie and I a hug. 

"How are you both?" Claudia asks brightly.

"We're both doing good," Billie replies, still being jumped at by Peaches. We both sit down in their living room, and Claudia offers us both some tea. We chat for a while, and then Finneas enters the room, and Billie bounds over to give him a hug. Claudia goes out to take Peaches for a hike, so Billie, Finneas and I go down to his studio. Billie and I sit on the couch while Finneas sits at the computer, handing Billie a lyric sheet. She pulls her microphone over. I try to peer over at the lyric sheet but she tugs it away from my sight with a smirk. 

"No looking Y/N, I want this to surprise you," she kisses my cheek and settles into the couch whilst Finneas starts talking about chords. She hums into the mic. Eventually, the lyrics begin to unfold. Softly sung lyrics about falling in love. Then, as she begins the chorus she glances at me and purrs my name into the microphone with a small smile. I feel the colour creeping into my face, and as she finishes the chorus, I throw my arms around her neck.

"Do you like it?" she kisses my forehead as I nod, then my lips. Finneas laughs awkwardly, and we both remember where we are, and break apart quickly. Billie shoots an apologetic grin at him as they continue on with the song. Bil spends an hour on the chorus, she sounds like an angel but if she says one word slightly off, she has to start again. By the end, it's the evening, and Billie and I head home. 

As soon as we get into her room, she shuts the door and grabs me by the waist.

"Did you really like the song?" she strokes my hair with her free hand. I nod again, and she cups my face with her spare hand and looks down at me.

"You're so pretty Y/N."
