Love can be rare and strange
Because it was begotten by despair!
Fate therefore cannot allow two
Lovers to come together
It is ludicrous to argue that
Someone can't fall out of love
People say that bad memories cause
The most pain, but actually
It's the good ones that derive
It hurts when you realize you aren't
As important to someone as
You thought you were
Time can heal a broken heart
But time can also break a waiting heart
