woken up by my ear piercing alarm, I stumbled out of my bed to a letter on my door mat. picking it up "an eviction letter" I cried "they said I could pay in the next month" grabbing my phone and called my boyfriend.
"umm hi I know it's short notice but I need a place to stay" I mumbled.
"yeah sure dude" he said with his sweet, calming voice.
"your the best I'll pack and come over now" I said thankfully.
"bye" the call ended.
I got my suitcase, packed my stuff, hopped on my bike and road to 10 blue bird way.
"Hey Nick" I said.
"Hi handsome" Nick calmly said brushing his fingers through my hair.
"You should come in and unpack"
I walked in and emptied my bag into the wardrobe when Nick span me around and pressed his lips against mine pulling me towards him rapping his hands around me then he pulled his head away and said "wanna get some food"
"Sure" I said still startled.
We went into the kitchen and He made some mack 'n' cheese whilst I searched for a new job.
"What you doing" Nick whispered.
"What!?" I shockingly shouted "umm nothing" he snatched my phone. And said "why are you looking for jobs?"
"A week ago I lost my job" I stuttered "and then I could not pay my rent and got evicted"
"Why didn't you tell me I could of helped" he said in a sweet tone.
"I was just scared you would look down at me" I shyly said
He grabbed my hand a sweetly said "What I would never look down at you"
"Thanks but I think the macaroni is done" I laughed.
We sat down and ate are slightly over cooked mac 'n' cheese...
